WhatsApp has been regularly updating its app and adding new features. Recently, it updated the captions and polls features.

POLLS:

WhatsApp’s group chat polls feature allows for immediate planning, but now with the added option of a one-time vote, decision-making is clearer. To enable this, make sure to turn off the ‘enable multiple answers’ button. If polls get lost in a chat with many messages, you can quickly find them by using the search function and typing in “poll”. Those who created the poll will receive voting notifications.

Captions:

WhatsApp’s latest update includes the option to add captions to forwarded images, chats, videos, and now even documents like PDFs and Word files. Additionally, you can now pin important messages in quick chats by holding down the text and selecting “pin”. Just note that the sender will receive a notification and can choose to allow you to pin the message or not.
