This year’s Google I/O, the yearly developer’s conference, is taking place on May 10, revealed Sundar Pichai, Google CEO. The event will take place at the usual venue – Shoreline Amphitheatre, just across the street from Google’s HQ in Mountain View, California.

This edition of the conference should be the first in four years with in-person attendance but it will still be live-streamed for anyone interested to follow.

We expect to see details on the Android 14 Beta, as the first Developer Preview is already out. Product-wise, we hope there will be details on the forever-rumored Pixel foldable and tablet and hopefully a new edition of the Pixel Buds Pro that were introduced last I/O.

Chatbots and AI are the big talking point in 2023, and Google might officially launch Bard, the project that is supposed to compete with ChatGPT.
